Just getting around to sharing some of last fall’s work. This one was a blast — we tore off two-thirds of the roof and raised it up to turn an attic with barely any headroom into full living space. Added two bedrooms, a bathroom, and high ceilings with tons of natural light ✨.

The family stayed inside while we worked, so we had to tarp the house tight — not a single drop of water got in. Third time we’ve done a project like this, and it’s always so satisfying to pull it off.

Proud to be part of the build at Sam’s Grill in Brockville!
We handled the interior and exterior partition walls, installed cement board behind the stoves and grills for fire rating, and finished the kitchen with FRP panels for a clean, durable surface. The rest of the space we completed with drywall.

Sam’s Grill is the newest burger spot in town, serving fresh burgers and hand-cut fries 🍔🍟. Highly recommend checking them out!

This past winter into spring, our team took on a major project downtown on Rochester Street: building over 2,000 feet of fully insulated exterior parapets, plus boxing around hatches, concrete pillars, post bases, and more across two buildings, including rooftop and balcony levels.

The parapets were designed with full insulation and an overhang to cover all exposed concrete and prevent thermal bridging into the building. Working on the edge of 10 story buildings required careful organization, coordination, and attention to safety.

Working through tough winter conditions, our crew relied on retractable harnesses and strict safety practices — and I’m proud to say the job was completed ahead of schedule.

This was months of hard work, across multiple levels and challenging conditions, and it couldn’t have been done without the effort of the entire team. Huge thanks to the guys and everyone involved in making this project a success! 👷‍♂️💪
