WAV Inspection Limited (WAV) is a privately owned Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) company centrally located in Brooks, Alberta. The employee base straddles most of Alberta and Saskatchewan due to an expanse of qualified staff from across the region. WAV is the vision of Wayde Maxwell and Brian Purves, hands-on owners with the goal of assisting clients’ needs with leadership through experience in NDE techniques within the NDE platform of defect assessment.

We recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation by honouring Residential School Survivors, their families and communities, and remembering the children who never returned home.

Another great IPCE in Calgary!

A big thank you to everyone who made this year’s conference such a great experience. It was a great opportunity to connect with industry colleagues, catch up with familiar faces, and meet new people across the pipeline and NDE industry.

From insightful conversations and new connections to plenty of catching up along the way, there was a lot to take away from this year’s event.

Thanks again to everyone who made IPCE such a great event. We’re already looking forward to the next one in 2028!

Thank you to Pembina Pipelines for inviting WAV Inspection to be part of the Sherwood Park Golf Tournament and giving us the opportunity to show our support for such a great cause.

It was a fantastic day on the course, surrounded by great people and an incredible community spirit. We were proud to sponsor the Hole-in-One Challenge, with Heritage Mercedes-Benz providing the vehicle.

Unfortunately, no one managed to ace the hole this year! 🏌️‍♂️⛳
