Our August construction update from Oko in Guyana continues with some key milestones.

๐ŸŽฏ Primary Crusher is advancing rapidly with wall concrete pours around the mat foundation.
๐ŸŽฏ Power Plant roofing is complete with the first generator in position.
๐ŸŽฏ Over 1.3 million tonnes of material have been moved at the Oko West pit YTD.

At G Mining Ventures, we are committed to building strong relationships through open, transparent dialogue and meaningful engagement with our stakeholders.

Recently, our GMIN TZ team strengthened connections in Itaituba and Jardim do Ouro by holding a series of meetings, institutional visits, and community conversations focused on listening, collaboration, and local development.

In Itaituba, our team engaged with municipal departments, community organizations, business associations, and social initiatives, including SEBRAE, APAE, the Aรงรฃo Sorriso Project, the A Mรฃo Cooperadora Project, and the Aracy Paraguassรบ Museum. Additionally, we supported the delivery of equipment to the Endemic Diseases Sector of the Municipal Health Department as part of GMINโ€™s socio-environmental commitments.

In Jardim do Ouro, we met with the Residents' Association to hear directly from community members, understand their priorities, and explore potential partnerships. As a result, we established a Community Committee to create an ongoing space for dialogue among GMIN, community representatives, and other stakeholders.

These initiatives reflect our dedication to being a responsible and engaged partner, one that listens, encourages participation, and works collaboratively to support efforts that contribute to sustainable local socioeconomic development.

Together, through dialogue and partnership, we can help build stronger communities.

Our Oko Gold Project has officially launched its Proud To Be GMIN campaign, uniting employees across the Georgetown Office, Bartica Office, Wharf Landing, and Oko site to celebrate the culture and values that define who we are.

As part of our roll-out led by our local Human Resources Manager in Guyana, we celebrated and emphasized our commitment to our employees, focusing on a cultivated environment where everyone feels valued and connected.

On July 27, GMIN TZ officially launched its partnership with Women in Mining Brazil (WIM Brazil) at the Events Terrace. This marks an important step toward enhancing the participation and leadership of women in the mining industry.

The launch event featured Environmental Licensing Superintendent Rejane Lima, who serves as GMIN TZโ€™s representative for WIM Brazil. From our corporate office, Marie-Hรฉlรจne Gรฉlinas, our Director of Human Resources was in attendance to celebrate this new partnership aligned to our commitment to inclusion.

This partnership aims to create opportunities for women to grow, develop their skills, and assume leadership roles within the mining sector.

We are pleased to announce that Eduardo Leรฃo, Vice President of Sustainability at G Mining Ventures, will be moderating a panel discussion at EXPOSIBRAM 2026.

The panel, titled โ€œControls on the Gold Trade in Brazil,โ€ will delve into Brazilโ€™s current gold trading landscape and the measures being taken by public authorities to combat illegal activities within the sector.

Investing in education and inspiring future generations is an important part of our commitment to the communities where we operate.

On July 14, GMIN Ventures Guyana visited the Horizon Summer Camp at the Byderabo Multipurpose Centre to introduce 30 young campers to the exciting world of geology and mining through an interactive presentation and Q&A session.

To encourage their curiosity, each camper received a National Geographic Geology Digging Kit, providing a fun, hands-on way to continue exploring science and geology. This outreach reflects GMIN's commitment to education, youth development and community partnerships across Region Seven.

At G Mining Ventures, safety is not just a priority; it is a shared responsibility that is embedded in everything we do at the Tocantinzinho (TZ) Mine.

In recent months, our teams have participated in several initiatives aimed at enhancing risk awareness, emergency preparedness, and safe behaviours throughout the operation:

๐Ÿš’ Emergency Brigade Training
Between May and July, our Emergency Brigade for 2026 completed recurring training focused on emergency response, first aid, evacuation procedures, and initial firefighting. These exercises help ensure our teams are prepared to respond quickly and effectively when it matters most.

๐Ÿ”ง Safety Walk at the Mechanical Workshop
In early July, a Safety Walk took place at the tire shop, concentrating on the Fatal Risk Management (FRM) campaign and the dangers associated with tire explosions. This activity fostered open dialogue and reinforced the importance of adhering to established safety procedures and preventive measures.

๐ŸŽญ Teatro Educa Vida
During July, Teatro Educa Vida implemented a dynamic approach to risk awareness. Through Daily Safety Dialogues and an interactive theatrical performance, employees across mine operations, maintenance, the plant, administration, and camp services were encouraged to reflect on safe behaviours and accident prevention.

Together, these initiatives emphasize a simple but important message: safety belongs to everyone, every day.
