Another exciting project underway at the Dedham Health & Athletic Complex.

Our crew is currently completing detailed liner cleaning and installing new FR rated Rfoil insulation inside an existing fabric frame structure. The work focuses on improving thermal performance, protecting the liner system, and extending the life of the facility.

This is the kind of proactive maintenance and performance upgrade that helps facilities operate better year round.

Mercer Island Pool Bubble Replacement Completed! 💧🏗️
Our team recently completed the full replacement of the iconic Mercer Island pool bubble—a 107’ x 110’ x 31’ structure designed to keep the pool operational year-round.

From removal to installation, tensioning, and final inflation, the team delivered a clean and seamless upgrade. Proud of everyone who made this project a success!

Project Spotlight! ✨
MBSG is proud to have completed work on the striking ETFE skylight structures at the Art Center College of Design’s South Campus. Originally designed with Bruce Mau and Arup, these skylights are a true architectural signature.

Our team carefully replaced waterproofing on three large skylight units — uninstalling and reinstalling ETFE cushions while working with EPDM and silicone systems — covering an impressive 6,600 sq. ft. of roof surface.
