General Laborer / Carpenter Helper
We are looking to hire a general labourer to assist with our home renovation projects in the Burlington, Oakville, and Mississauga areas. Only accepting applicants with a minimum of 1yr experience in the home interior renovation field. Must have your own vehicle. Full-time and On-site training will be provided.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and pick up on new tasks quickly. You will have opportunities to work with all different types of experienced trade workers to grow your skills and knowledge. If you are ambitious to work and passionate about hands-on work then this is the place for you.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles and specific responsibilities within each position will be determined based on skill level and experience. The responsibilities listed below are for all positions but will be adjusted per role as needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Installing finish carpentry and custom wood work projects!
Site prep, clean up, and demolition.
Measuring, cutting, shaping lumber, wood, and other building materials.
Performing repairs on existing framework structures that are damaged or not structurally sound.
Handling and installation of finishing materials such as trim and doors.
Assisting on-site trades and material pick-ups as needed.
Learning how to read blueprints and specifications.
