The KM641HPX Hay & Forestry Grapple using the HPXdrive Standard is the perfect attachment for handling hay, brushwood, compost or manure.

Here are some of the best features:

⚫ The movement of the arms of the grapple is generated by two hollow shafts, which run opposed and have a helix thread, hydraulically driven by a single piston. No more hydraulic cylinders!

⚫ Longer life cycle up to 50%! Self-lubrication: The drive unit runs in a permanent oil bath. The compact design makes the HPXdrive resistant to dirt and debris.

⚫ Versatility with different types of shells that can easily be refitted onto the driving unit.

Crane forks solve a handling problem that clamshells and grapples are not built for: palletized material, banded bundles, and crated equipment that need to move from delivery to laydown without a sling rig-up for every load.

Our universal forks and pallet forks are here to fill this need on sites with constant material staging, laydown yards, or prefab component delivery.

Most people picture an excavator when they hear "Kinshofer". Half of what we build actually runs on a crane, and the KM 604HPX clamshell bucket does a good job of showing that capability.

The HPXdrive is the same cylinder free rotating technology across our whole product range, a helix twin shaft design that runs in a permanent oil bath instead of an exposed hydraulic cylinder. No exposed rod to bend or seal to blow out mid cycle. On a crane doing repetitive bulk material cycles all day, port work, aggregate, scrap, that reliability difference over thousands of cycles is the entire reason to spec HPXdrive over a standard cylinder clamshell.

If your crane is still running older cylinder-based clamshells, ask us what our HPXdrive actually changes for you.

Structural steel demolition rarely presents cuts in a straight, predictable line. A rotating demolition shear solves the repositioning problem that a fixed-jaw shear creates on complex teardown work.

Shown here is a DRS75 on an active demolition site, using 360 degree jaw rotation to reach beam cuts at varying angles without repositioning the carrier for each one.

Exchangeable jaw sets also allow the same base unit to transition between concrete and structural steel cutting within a single job.

Excavator-mounted mulching solves a two-step problem in land clearing: cutting vegetation and then disposing of the debris.

A front end mulcher combines both into a single pass, processing brush and small diameter timber in place instead of leaving a pile that requires separate hauling or burning.

Here's our TC2-100 Mulcher on an active job site. For forestry, landscaping, and site preparation projects, that combined cut-and-process capability changes the labor and equipment math on a clearing contract in a big way.

Rail track demolition is not a job you can do with a standard shear. Rail steel is thick, hardened, and shaped nothing like structural I-beam or rebar, which is exactly why a dedicated rail cutter exists.

The RC30 mounts to an excavator and cuts rail sections cleanly during track removal and rail yard demolition work, jobs most contractors never touch but that require purpose built equipment when the work does come in. If your crew handles rail or transit infrastructure work, this is the attachment built specifically for that material.

One attachment, two functions.

The MQP30 here crushes concrete and cuts rebar in the same pass instead of switching attachments between the crushing phase and the rebar cleanup phase.

Demolition crews use this exact setup to break down concrete sections and clear the reinforcing steel without a second attachment change mid-job, which means less time with the machine parked while someone swaps tools.

A common question in scrap and recycling operations we get: do I need an orange peel grapple or magnet grab?

An orange peel grapple closes multiple tines around material regardless of shape or ferrous content, making it the correct choice for mixed scrap and irregular loads. A magnet grab lifts ferrous material directly, without the closing motion, which increases cycle speed on clean steel piles where sorting flexibility isn't required.

Most high-volume scrap yards eventually run both, allocating each to the material stream it handles best rather than treating one as a universal solution.

Manufacturing quality is only half of what you're buying when you choose an attachment brand. The other half is what happens when a part is needed and your machine is sitting idle not making you any money.

We keep an extended support network across North America, alongside our own parts and technical operation based in Sanborn, New York and Burlington, Ontario. That combination, German engineering plus a real North American service network, is the reason people running Kinshofer products aren't waiting weeks on a parts shipment to get their machine back up and running.

Have the comfort of knowing that our team is ready whenever you need, wherever you need us.
