We will be partnering this Holliday season to make a donation to the local food bank. This donation will be matched per pound of food to make a secondary monetary donation to Child Witness Centre. If you have extra non perishable food items or toiletries you are able to part with, we would be happy to take them off your hands for two worthy causes. Call or DM to arrange pick up or delivery. Careful WHO YOU Have Service Your Equipment!! I came across this today on a No Heat call. The previous service technician installed a metal jumper in the fuse holder instead of replacing the fuse. The connection vibrated loose causing the furnace failure. Luckily, a low voltage short did not occur or this control board would be toast without having fused protection. Your HVAC system is an asset. In this particular case, a $3 fuse could have turned into a $800+ repair because of a bad technician. We offer inspections and preventative maintenance packages. After performing absolute surgery on this rooftop unit we are happy it is operating again at peak efficiency. The thermal expansion valve was restricting refrigerant flow, icing up the evaporator and killing the unit’s capacity. Here is a unit I came across today that was having a hard time rejecting the heat required to keep up with these high ambient temperatures.
