⭐ Meet the Team: Nelson Silveira, Production and Parts Manager

Nelson serves as the Production & Parts Manager at Fen-Tech Industries, bringing over 30 years of experience in the plastics and manufacturing industry, including 15 dedicated years with Fen-Tech. Throughout his career, Nelson has built a strong reputation for technical excellence, problem-solving and leadership.

With more than a decade spent in the service department and a background as an Electrical Technician, Nelson possesses a deep understanding of machine systems, troubleshooting, and customer support. His hands-on technical knowledge allows him to bridge the gap between service, production, and parts operations- ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

In his current role, Nelson oversees production planning, parts coordination, and process optimization, helping ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards. His commitment to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction playing a key role in delivering reliable, high-performance solutions for Fen-Tech clients.
