Magil is currently working on phase three of the Mitsui plant expansion that is scheduled to be completed February 2024. This third phase will bring the total plant size to over 320,000 sq. ft., create 200 additional employment opportunities, increase production to 120,000 motor core units per month from 40,000.

olympique de Montréal, Cité Nature est un projet résidentiel qui consiste a la construction d'un stationnement avec 2 sous-sol, une tour de 12 étages, une deuxième tour de 10 étages, ainsi qu'un tunnel pour rejoindre les sous-sols des phases 1 a 3. Les deux tours abriteront 307 logements et plus de 300 000 pi2 de stationnement en sous-sol.
Il s'agit d'un projet de 80 M$. Les travaux d'excavation ont débuté en juillet 2021 et nous sommes actuellement à ériger la structure du 2ème étage de la tour phase 4. Le début des travaux d'excavation de la phase 5 commenceront le mois prochain et la livraisons des deux bâtiments est prévue pour janvier
2024.
Located on the edge of Montreal's Olympic
Village, Cité Nature is a residential project that consists of the construction of a parking garage
with two basements, a 12-storey tower, a second
10-storey tower and a tunnel to the basements
of phases 1 to 3. The two towers will house 307
units and more than 300,000 sq. ft. of basement parking.
This is an $80 million project. Excavation work
began in July 2021 and we are currently erecting
the 2nd floor structure of the phase 4 tower.
Excavation for phase 5 will begin next month and
delivery of both buildings is scheduled for
January 2024.

Master 2 students in Real Estate Law & Construction From The University of Pantheon-ASSAS in Paris came to our Montréal office on Friday, June2. A first group of student attend a discussion let by our lawyer, Michele Chènier, about the different methods of implementing infrastructure projects and contract models in Québec.

The second team visited the site at Square Philips. Students were impressed by the construction site as well as the 360-degree views of Montréal and its surrounding from the 5th floor terrace. We would like to thank Josue Sainjour for his accompaniment and the information provided about the project.
