"The flexibility and design was critical to the new ventilation and cooling system."

We are pleased to present our latest case study, focusing on the ventilation retrofit of George Derby Care Society in Burnaby, BC. The main challenge to be solved for this project was replacing the existing air handling system in the central wing of this Burnaby, BC senior care facility. The existing system was not meeting the updated safety standards and was experiencing localized equipment failure.

We removed and cleaned the burner gas orifices, checked for any cracks on the burner & profile plates and inspected the heat exchanger.

It is never too soon to think about your winter heating needs with a preventive pro active maintenance.

It’s hot today but it’ll be fall before we know it.
