Congratulations to our Q2 North Star Award winner, Rod Henshaw!

Rod has been a valued member of the Compass team for the past four years, serving as our Maintenance Technician. Behind the scenes, he plays a critical role in keeping our facility running safely and efficiently.

Whether it's repairing welders and grinders, troubleshooting electrical issues throughout the building, or working on forklifts and other equipment, Rod is always there to make sure everything is operating properly so our employees can perform their jobs safely and effectively.
