We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales & Operations Support team member to support our sales, customer service, and warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Customer Support
• Contact potential and existing customers by phone and email
• Answer incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately
• Prepare quotes and assist with order processing
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer requests
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes
Warehouse & Operations Support
• Assist with basic warehouse tasks (organizing inventory, packing orders, receiving shipments)
• Coordinate with warehouse and technical staff to fulfill orders accurately
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Support day-to-day operations as needed
General Support
• Assist sales and management with administrative tasks
• Ensure smooth communication between customers, sales, and operations
• Act as a professional and helpful first point of contact for Lemmer
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills (phone and email)
• Comfortable speaking with customers and prospects
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets; CRM or ERP experience is an asset)
• Willingness to assist in the warehouse when required
• Prior inside sales, customer service, or industrial experience is an asset but not required
