This project involved full removal and reinstallation of the retaining wall system, including new base preparation, geosynthetic reinforcement, compaction, drainage installation, and fence reconstruction.

Mechanical rooms are high-use environments, constantly exposed to moisture, equipment activity, and surface wear.

Water intrusion doesn’t always start with obvious damage — it often begins at small, overlooked details.

At Royal View Apartment, brick weep holes and exposed junctions contributed to uncontrolled water movement, leading to deterioration at slab edges over time.
To address this, targeted interventions were carried out, including sealing critical perimeter joints and introducing a new drainage opening to better redirect water away from the structure.
By controlling both how water enters and how it flows, the system is now better equipped to prevent further damage and support long-term durability.
