The Opportunity – Project Manager / Estimator
Foothills is looking for a full-time Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, detail orientated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work in a busy team environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and provide take-off’s / estimates by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
Prepare project cost analysis; identify labor, material, and time requirements
Lead the planning and implementation of project
Assembles and coordinates project staff
Manages project timelines, budget and resource allocation
Quality assurance
Project evaluations and assessment of results
Support and effectively communicate with internal operations team
Liaise, consult and communicate with clients
Qualifications:
Experience in project management or equivalent
Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
Ability to prepare take-off, scheduling and estimating packages; Database management
Proficient in MS Excel; MS Word;
High attention to detail, ability to multitask and work under pressure;
Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work in a group dynamic
Experience:
Construction: Minimum three (3) years
Project Management: Minimum three (3) years
Estimating: Minimum three (3) years
