Mr. Harris, a London-based international management consultant, has more than 30 years of experience, with a focus on project management, process engin
eering and business analysis. Harris has served as a Non-Executive Director for several AIM- and TSX-listed companies, including Bankers Petroleum Ltd. He also has prior experience with listing natural resource companies on London’s AIM exchange. Harris has successfully led a series of projects for clients involved in early-stage mineral exploration in French-speaking West Africa. Harris has both United Kingdom and Zimbabwean citizenship. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the London Business School, a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from South Africa’s University of Natal, and a Financial Times Non-Executive Director (NED) Diploma. Mr. Gertz is an owner of an industrial fabrication firm and has been involved with the oil and gas and investment industry for over 18 years. Saxinger is Manager of Projects with Vepica Ltd., an engineering, procurement and construction management company active in the domestic and international oil and gas industries. Saxinger has been in the Energy Industry for over 22 years, with 13 years in a shop fabrication engineering environment. Saxinger graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1992, acquiring his Alberta P. Eng professional designation in 1995. Saxinger has been a director of Pambili since 2008.
