Real life on site isn’t always perfect. Sometimes things don’t go to plan — and sometimes, if we’re being honest, we f**k up.
What matters is what happens next. We own it, get onto it, and put it right as quickly as we can.
We’re not going to pretend everything always goes perfectly. It doesn’t. But we’ll always be straight with you and make sure it’s sorted.
