Today is the 16th year of Bell Lets Talk day. One in three Canadians will experience a mental illness at some point in their lives; however, many people are hesitant about talking to coworkers, friends or family members about mental health and seeking treatment.

Moments spent doing breathing exercises, spending time in nature, digital detoxing or expressing gratitude are examples of small actions that can help build resilience, reduce stress and anxiety, foster social connection, improve mood and much more.
