🛠️ Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
• Conduct inspections to identify and address any issues with building facilities and equipment
• Complete repairs and renovations as needed, including carpentry work, painting, and drywall repairs
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure tenant satisfaction
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

• Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Worker or similar role
