Downtown construction comes with challenges around every corner. Existing concrete duct banks larger than shown on the drawings, manholes and storm systems tight to the alignment, and electrical and gas crossings running through the new water line installation all make for complex work with constant unknowns.

These projects require detailed planning, experienced crews, and strong communication in the field to keep work moving safely and efficiently. In environments like this, safety is paramount and every excavation, crossing, and tie-in demands precision.
