Recently, we have added our newest design using 4 ½” tubing with a 2” dip tube. Downward velocities in the separation chambers is halved for your toughest separation challenges.

Gas interference in any pumping system causes inefficiencies and damages equipment. This can be caused by excessive torque spikes in PCP’s; fluid pound in rod pumps; cavitation in ESP’s; with additional peripheral effects on rod breaks or tubing string wear.

Below is an example of a separator in a Heavy Oil (25,000 cP) Sparky well in Saskatchewan. The increased production is clear. Keep gas out of the liquid production stream and your pump’s efficiency goes up… you make more money.
