Haven't posted much this year, but here's another one for the books😎👌
The standard culprit being the area down the side of the house, where sod struggles and weeds thrive. We dug it out and removed existing material and created better slope for drainage. We also dug deeper along the driveway, raked and tamped gravel. Then fabric all over, and 10 mm rundle spread throughout, including tamping as well, especially along the driveway to create more stability if wheels end up off the concrete. Complete redo of one side of house, retaining wall along back garden beds, 2 sidewalk block areas(one for water barrels, one for garbage bins), downspout cleaned up by adding a French drain and some top dressing throughout.
