A crane in the shop sounds like a small thing. It isn't.

When a customer rolls in with a part nobody else can lift, we lift it. When a job needs heavy stock moved across the floor, we move it. When a repair has to happen on site, we have what we need to make it happen here.

The technical part of this work, you can train. The mindset, you can't.

After 35 years, here's what Craig looks for: attention to detail. Wanting to get it right. Caring whether the part leaves the shop clean. The best machinist on his floor right now started a few months ago. She didn't come in knowing everything, she came in caring. Everything else, Corma can teach.

Sometimes a job comes in and it's just not the right fit for us. Wrong certification, wrong volume, wrong timing. Craig will tell you that up front.

Better to lose a quote than ship something he's not confident in or miss a deadline that matters to your project. And if he knows the shop that is right for the work, he'll point you there. No runaround, no overpromising to win the job and figuring it out later.

That's how trust works in this trade. People remember who was straight with them.

Some of our parts go on speakers at concerts. Some go on bridges. Some go on equipment most people will never see.
