Nuclear is an investment in Canada.

It supports Canadian workers, businesses and supply chains, with the economic benefits of planning, construction, operations and maintenance remaining here at home while helping build Canada's clean energy future.

In this clip from a recent conversation on the ARC Energy Research Institute podcast, Michael Law, Head of Power System Integration at Energy Alberta, discusses the topic of capital costs and why long-lived infrastructure, reliable electricity and lasting economic benefits all contribute to the value a project delivers over its lifetime.
