Our team had a fantastic time attending the inaugural Calgary Stampede First Nations Rodeo & Relay! 🤠

The event brought together Indigenous athletes from across Canada and the United States for an exciting showcase of rodeo competition, relay racing, horsemanship and culture.

Beyond the action in the arena, it was a meaningful opportunity to celebrate Indigenous traditions, connect with community members and recognize the important role Indigenous culture plays in shaping our shared future.

Congratulations to the Calgary Stampede, the INFR-Indian National Finals Rodeo and the Treaty 7 advisors who helped make this inaugural event such a success.

Neighbours helping neighbours - that’s what community is all about.

This winter, Energy Alberta’s Community Cares Crew volunteered 292 hours helping seniors with snow removal and supporting local community events across the Peace Region.

From Grimshaw and Berwyn to the MD of Peace and Peace River, our team was proud to lend a hand where it was needed most.
