Patched a water leak, had to scrape all old popcorn and re spray new and then clean up

Another leaky pipe caused some damage. This was cut out nice and straight and no furniture in the way so it made for an easy job. Prep/drywall/mud the first day. Came back to knockdown texture and clean up the 2nd day.

A bit different one. Sealed a basement floor with a maintenance enamel paint.

A little patch job in a basement. Started with the old smash it with a hammer cut out. Adds another step of squaring it up but its necessary to make the drywall sit nicely.

Older home in airdrie had a flooded basement. Was pretty gross at the start but turned out pretty good. Homeowners happy im, im happy.

Did some painting for a family friend. Got rid of the dark colors and brightened the room right up. As a bonus got to bring the dogs to work aswell.

Homeowner had some foundation leaks in an older home. Came in after that was addressed and had a 4 foot cut all along the room. Added insulation/vapor barrier, drywalled,taped and finish painted. Finished in just under a week and ready for the rest

Homeowners had a leak from outside with all the hail and rain. 3 days start to finish.
