Big things are happening at ZeroG Coating Systems!

What started as a simple idea — “why not create a sprayer for space?” — has now grown into a reality. We’ve built a working prototype, the BAWA-786 (Beyond Atmosphere Work Automation)
Powered by ADAM (Autonomous Detection and Maintenance), and filed a provisional patent to protect this breakthrough.

Our system combines AI, machine learning, and Lemmer spray technology to detect and treat surfaces only when needed. Behind the scenes, we’re also building a competitive image database to train our AI, ensuring accuracy and real-world reliability.

We are currently in discussions with leading universities to strengthen our research and expand what’s possible for autonomous surface protection.

Applications for BAWA-786 include:
• Oil & Gas → reducing downtime and protecting critical infrastructure
• Marine → preventing corrosion in harsh saltwater environments
• Defence → maintaining equipment readiness in extreme conditions
• Space → preparing for surface protection on Mars and the Moon

This journey has taken countless hours of R&D, but our passion drives us forward. Our mission is bold: to redefine maintenance and surface protection for Earth and beyond.
