Our 8-unit build is officially moving from dirt to structure — excavation is wrapped, elevations are dialed, and the pad is ready for the next phase.

Cribbing is going in and forms are being set, with concrete pouring Monday.
By next week, we’ll be standing inside real walls — the start of eight new rental homes taking shape in Calgary.
