Scaling to 100 cans per minute is one thing. Building an operation that keeps up is another.
Auroch Canning expanded their co-packing business - increasing capacity meant rethinking how their entire production floor worked together. The team needed to fit full truckloads of cans, maintain room for operator and material movement, and minimize downtime to keep production moving through a busy production schedule.
Together we designed a fully integrated ACS FleX2 line around those needs, bringing automation, accumulation and downstream packaging together in one compact footprint.
