PROJECT UPDATE | COPART CALGARY πŸ—οΈ

Work is underway on a full renovation of Copart’s headquarters, with upgrades happening from the ceiling to the floors.

Outside, new roof sealant has been applied to strengthen waterproofing in areas affected by previous leaks. Inside, the space is still in the early stages of transformation, but every step is focused on creating a safe, comfortable and functional workplace that will serve the Copart team for years to come.

BEHIND THE RENOVATION | COPART πŸ—οΈ

Work is underway on this office renovation for Copart, with the space opened up and ready for the next stages of the build. πŸ› οΈ

Inside, our team is focusing on the 3,500 sq. ft. renovation area, including new flooring, ceiling work, a new kitchen, reception counter, and updated bathroom vanities. πŸ“‹πŸ”¨

On the exterior, the roof is also being upgraded with a NovaSet coating system, adding an important waterproofing layer to help protect the building long term.

From interior finishes to exterior protection, every part of the process matters.

We’ll be checking back in on this project in a couple of months to share how the renovation is coming together.πŸ‘€

PROJECT TURNOVER | PACIFIC REACH CONVERSION πŸ™οΈβœ¨

A major milestone for downtown Calgary.

The Pacific Reach Conversion represents far more than a building turnover. It is the transformation of a 17-storey office tower into 195 rental apartments, bringing new residential life into the core and supporting the vision behind Calgary’s Downtown Density Incentive Program.

With a complete overhaul of the building’s infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems, along with elevator expansion to the 17th floor and into the existing parkade, this project reflects the scale of coordination required to reimagine an existing structure for modern city living. New operable windows throughout the building help complete that vision. πŸ—οΈ
