This water heater we just serviced at a recovery facility was leaking out of its pressure relief valve, and cutting out and not providing consistent hot water delivery. It was long overdue basic maintenance with filters and drains being very plugged and tons of hard water build up in the heat exchangers. After service it was up and running reliably and ready for another year of service, helping people get back to their best selves!
