This beam was taken from a barn that was dismantled and brought to Nova Scotia from Boston and was hand made over 200 years ago. I was happy to give it a new life indoors.

This boat house is built 100% out of rough cut local lumber with a steel roof from community metal.

This time of year the question I get asked by far the most is “what should I use to seal/stain my deck” and the answer is this. I’ve seen and used many different products but Sico ProLuxe SRD works and lasts the longest. They have very light to medium dark colours one coat and your done.

Recently finished this awesome deck with a wheelchair ramp, again screw piles made this job so much more enjoyable.
