Office Reno we’ve been working on. This was after the demo and insulation was put up. It’s almost complete we are waiting on cabinets for the reception area. I’ll have a final walk through in the following weeks.

Language warning ‼️ This is what happens when you have Contractors who don’t know how to finish the job. We gotta come in finish things to pass inspection so the home owners can get tenants in to start generating money. Trust me when I tell you the stuff that you see in the video just scratches the surface of what’s wrong. Please please please do your homework on the contractor that use other than what it’s going to cost.

Mommas big bathroom Reno

Quick build on budget for a senior who needed bathtub removed to get in and out of the shower safely. We added vinyl floor to add to the safety of our customer for her getting out of the shower rather than slipper tiles and added a new vanity and medicine cabinet.
