💧 BRANTFORD HOMEOWNERS — You may qualify for the City of Brantford’s Basement Flooding Prevention Grant Program 🏠

If you’ve experienced water in your basement, foundation leaks, hydrostatic pressure, or flooding during heavy rain, you may be eligible for financial assistance through the City’s grant program.

The program can cover up to 80% of approved flood prevention upgrades, up to a maximum of $5,000. Eligible improvements may include:

brought us in on this project while the driveway is being redone and some new concrete work completed in the backyard.

While the driveway was opened up, it was the perfect opportunity to address some water issues around the foundation and waterproof the home properly before everything gets finished. 👊

Our team completed a full 25 linear foot exterior waterproofing repair along the foundation wall. The foundation was fully exposed, cleaned, and prepped properly. We sealed all crevices and imperfections with hydraulic cement before applying professional-grade waterproofing materials to permanently protect the home from future water intrusion. Once completed, the foundation was fully wrapped and protected, ready for backfill and final grading. 💧

Big shoutout to for bringing us in on this one and taking care of excavation, & making sure the homeowner gets everything done properly from the ground up. 🏠

Cold room waterproofing completed to protect a newly renovated basement from ongoing water intrusion.

This space had multiple foundation cracks at the corners, allowing water to enter during heavy conditions. To properly address the issue, we installed a 25 linear foot interior drainage system. The water will now flow into the home’s existing sump pump.

This method is a water management solution — it safely collects and redirects water beneath the floor to the sump system, preventing it from entering and damaging the finished areas of the home.

The cold room is now fully protected and backed by a written, transferable 25-year warranty.

Took care of this right before the next ⛈️ 💪 SWIPE for the process ➡️

This was a common leak point right off a window wall where water was finding its way into the basement. We fixed it properly from the outside with a full waterproofing solution backed by our 25-year written warranty.

We started by safely exposing the nearby gas line, then excavated down to the footing. From there we cleaned the foundation wall, applied hydraulic cement, parged over the crack, let it cure, then installed premium waterproofing membrane directly over the repaired area. To finish it off, we added drainage board, termination strip, and sealed everything tight for long-term protection.

Bottom line: water is not getting through that crack again.

No cross-drills. No guessing.
This is the only crack injection style we stand behind.

We use direct on-port polyurethane injections, meaning the material is injected directly into the crack itself — not angled drilling, not “hoping” it intersects somewhere inside the wall.

We often find ourselves repairing failed cross-drill injections done by other companies, where the crack was never fully sealed and the leak returned.

That said, not every crack should be injected.

If a crack is too tight at the footing and the material can’t properly enter and seal the bottom of the crack, we won’t inject it. In those cases, the correct solution is an interior drainage system, which safely relieves water pressure and permanently manages the leak instead of forcing a repair that won’t last.
