Choosing the right automation partner can make validation smoother — or a lot more complicated later.

In regulated life sciences manufacturing, your integrator affects documentation, compliance effort, and audit readiness long before systems go live.

And that's a wrap on Season 1 of !

Season 1 explored what happens when automation, AI, and robotics meet the realities of people working in manufacturing.

Across ten episodes, we spoke with industry leaders about the shift toward human-first automation — from factory floors and workforce culture to the future of robotics and industrial systems.

The through-line stayed consistent: technology doesn’t replace people; it changes how they work, and how systems need to be designed around them.

Last week, we welcomed the Accelerator Centre to iPort for a facility tour and introduction to Eclipse Automation.

It was great to connect over a shared focus on innovation, technology, and helping forward-thinking companies grow. We enjoyed showcasing our facility and discussing how automation and advanced manufacturing can help bring ideas to life and support companies as they scale from concept through to production.

We’re always excited to connect with startups, scale-ups, and partners across the innovation ecosystem — including those exploring manufacturing pathways and commercialization opportunities.

Thanks again to the Accelerator Centre team for visiting us! We’re looking forward to reconnecting again soon.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms in our community 🌷

In manufacturing and automation, we know how much coordination, patience, and strength it takes to keep things running smoothly... and moms do that every day, both at work and at home.

Today, we’re celebrating you and everything you do.

Most process problems don’t start on paper — they start before that.

When documentation comes before ownership, things break down fast. People end up working from “what was written” instead of “what actually works.”

We’ve seen it firsthand in manufacturing environments: performance gaps usually come from misalignment between the process and reality on the floor.

This video breaks down a simple approach we use:
👉 understand the work first
👉 identify ownership
👉 own it
👉 then document what actually happens
