Quarried in Wiarton, Ontario, Adair limestone comes in Blue-Grey and Sepia colours. Over many decades, we've refined our limestone finishing to offer building stone blends (as shown here), plus amazing custom capabilities in terms of sizes and finishes.

We recently took a stroll through Trinity College and must say we are tremendously proud to be involved in this internationally-recognized project. The new Lawson Centre for Sustainability was named by ArchDaily as one of the world's most anticipated projects for 2026.
Open this fall, this phenomenal project at Trinity College targets LEED Platinum and CaGBC Zero Carbon certifications. The complex features our Architectural Linear Series Brick (manufactured in Cambridge, Ont.) and our Adair limestone (quarried in Wiarton, Ont.).

From failing structure to high performance facility!

In 2009, the City of Columbus constructed a new fire training center, complete with six extra-large bays. Unfortunately, this building was suffering catastrophic water damage early into its life.

The City budgeted for demolition and replacement - but sought out an option to full rebuilding. HKI Associates, working with IMI, proposed waterproofing and a new masonry rain screen solution - our thin ARRIS-clip system.

The negative impression left by the original building's failure also required an aesthetic renewal. Our versatile thin stone makes it simple to create distinct patterns by intermingling different unit colours and textures, as HKI Associates did for this project. Designers chose a blend of three colors, including red tones to accentuate the red doors and windows.

One shouldn't play favourites, but this incredible project definitely has a special place in our hearts. The University of Southern Indiana and CannonDesign completed a multi-phase project in 2019 that included a new arena and natatorium, plus the expansion and renovation of its Physical Activities Center.

By installing our ARRIS-clip thin stone in soldier course, designers reduced the cost of the channel materials and also the labor to install the system.

The ambitious renovation of the circa 1970s Wi******er High School by SMMA committed to a high-performance, eco-friendly design, achieving LEEDv3 for Schools, Gold.
