Galt Metal Fabrication Ltd. is looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator – Lead Hand to join our custom fabrication shop in Bright, ON.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong welding & fabrication experience
• Can read and interpret shop drawings/blueprints
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Can lead a small team and keep projects moving efficiently
• Is reliable, organized, and safety-minded

This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing custom metal fabrication business.

📍 Location: Bright, Ontario
💼 Position: Full-Time
💰 Competitive pay based on experience
