EVERYONE deserves a healthy, comfortable and energy efficient home. Based on your household income, the Clean BC IQP offers enhanced rebates to make energy saving home upgrades more affordable to all. There are many rebates available with this program but don't forget that even if you don't qualify with this program, BC Hydro and Fortis BC are still offering rebates.

WE ARE OFFERING ANOTHER SERVICE ......We are excited to announce that we will be providing another service to you all. We have purchased an insulation vacuum (as the request for attic insulation has been quite overwhelming). We will be ready to go in 2 weeks tops!!

Due to an overwhelming response, BC Hydro and Fortis are extending the time you have to install your rebate eligible upgrades. Upgrades must now be completed and invoiced by June 30, 2021. You have six (6) months from the invoice date to submit your rebate application. Learn more about this offer on our Double the Rebate page. We are super excited and honored to be working with West Urban Developments on the Q̓ʷalayu House which is located by the Campbell River Hospital and behind Yuculta Lodge. Q̓ʷalayu House is a home away from home for families from the North Island region and the surrounding islands who need to travel to Campbell River to access maternal and pediatric care.
