Formed as a partnership between two family-owned, general contracting companies, Pacific Modular aims to provide clients with durable and affordable housing solutions. From concept to completion ✅

Our Pacific Modular crews have wrapped up the five-modular office project for the Xwchíyò:m - Cheam First Nation in Rosedale!

It’s been incredible to watch this project come together, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to support the Cheam Nation with a new modular workspace they will enjoy for years to come.

Great conversations, curious minds, and a lot of “oh wow” moments at this month's realtor tour. 🙌

🎄 The Big Truck Parade – Our First Year! 🚚✨

This year marked Pacific Modular’s very first time participating in Campbell River’s Big Truck Parade for Deck the Downtown, and what an incredible experience it was!

We are proud to be part of such a vibrant, supportive community. Seeing families line the streets, the excitement from the kids, and the holiday spirit all around truly made the night special.

A big thank you to the Campbell River Downtown BIA and all organizers, volunteers, and participants who make this event happen every year. Your hard work brings the community together and creates memories for everyone who attends.

Project Update: Saam Towage Offices

Pacific Modular is in the final stages of constructing the new office facilities for Saam Towages barge-based project!

The design features a four modular building in a stacked, side-by-side configuration which will be delivered and assembled on a concrete barge, built by our friends at Pacific Marine Construction in Campbell River. The barge and office will then be moved to its final resting place in the Vancouver Harbour.

At Pacific Modular we’re proud to provide custom modular solutions to industry leaders like Saam Towage.
