This month, we're proud to recognize Cody Giesbrecht, our Twin Field Superintendent based in Red Deer, Alberta. With nearly nine years of experience with Element across multiple tenures, he brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and leadership to our operations every day.
As a Field Superintendent, his role is all about supporting the constant changes that come with our industry. From employees and equipment to policies and procedures, he works to ensure operations run smoothly and provides around-the-clock support whenever needed. His top priority is making sure everyone goes home safe, looking out for the well-being of our people, our equipment, our customers, and Element as a whole.
One accomplishment he's especially proud of is stepping into the Coiled Tubing Field Superintendent role while also covering holiday schedules, taking on additional responsibilities to help support the team and maintain seamless operations.
What motivates him most each day is the challenge. Whether it's solving problems in the moment or identifying ways to prevent them, he enjoys finding solutions that help the team succeed. Outside of work, you'll find him spending time with family, camping, and enjoying winter sports.
