We were featured in a local 'How It's Made' type show. This video features our own product but we primarily make customer parts. Thanks to the people at Windecker Road Films. It was great working with you and the video turned out great.

We are looking for grinders and die operators. Wage STARTS at $15/hr and afternoon shift adds a $1/hr shift premium. Pay increases based on experience and performance. After 3 months we would hire you full time which would make you eligible for employee health benefits, group savings plan as well as uniform service. Die operator duties include running and maintaining steel dies by pouring molten aluminum into the dies and removing the parts once cooled. Operators maintain dies by ensuring dies are clear and coatings are in proper condition. Grinder operator duties include, removing burrs and parting line from aluminum castings. No previous experience required but die operators will be exposed to elevated temperatures. Employees must have shop work clothes and safety boots, all other safety equipment supplied by Alumco. COVID-19 precautions are in place. We take all employees personal temperatures at the start of their shift and PPE and sanitizer is available to all employees. We also practice physical distancing.

We are looking for general labourers to work in our aluminum foundry. Applicants must be willing to work both day and afternoon shifts. Starting pay is $15/hr (+ $1 premium if on afternoons). Pay increases will be based on skill set and performance. Overtime also available. After a 3 month probation, candidates would be hired full time and be eligible for health benefits as well as uniform service.
