Diamond Bi-fold door project we recently completed. 55’x16’ Diamond Bi-Fold door with a self supporting beam to reduce forces on the existing building. Couple before pictures to ahow the change.

- (4) 9’x7’ Insulated overhead doors (VDK Group) W/ Jackshaft openers
- Maibec “CanExel” siding (Colour: Red Fox)
- Fusion stone Wainscoting on front and side (colour: Raven)
- Timberline LTD asphalt shingles ( Colour: Weathered Wood)
- Kaycan soffit and flatstock for fascia/eavestrough. All trim custom bent @ Rodney RONA (22349 Hoskins Line, Rodney, ON)
- Concrete floor poured by Vantel Construction. (Colour: Caramel Mocha)

A post frame house and shop we completed last year.

Some Details:

-House: 32’x40’ 9’ ceiling
- Garage: 32’x40’ 12’ eave height with scissor trusses for peaked ceiling.
- Front porch: 10’x40’
-Perma Column concrete posts
-Premium grade lumber and engineered roof trusses
-Ideal roof and siding steel, with textured finish
-Tongue and groove pine on porch ceiling
-Fusion stone on front wall and posts
-Northstar windows with black frames
-Doorway doors, all black.
-Insulated 10x10 overhead doors with high lift springs to follow ceiling in shop.
-Shop interior lined with textured steel and Good 1 side plywood.
