This is a 3.5 hr time lapse of us craning off the old flat roof and installing the new vaulted trusses 💪🏼🔨

Out with the old, in with the new! We removed the old roof in 5 pieces by crane and the new trusses are on. So far today is looking pretty good✨🏡

A major renovation underway 🔨 ...if you find yourself walking by this property on the trail through Chemainus, you might have noticed some big things going on lately. This ones not a client project but our family’s future home. Stay tuned for some big changes coming this week.

Here’s a kitchen reno we had the pleasure of working on. We removed the dining room walls to create an open concept kitchen with a big beautiful island. We removed the sunshine ceiling, installed new flooring and replaced all the windows. Adding the tile return on the kitchen sink window instead of standard window trim really creates a custom look👌🏼

We had the privilege of repairing and refreshing the decks of this beautifully designed home by Architect Hank Schubart. His well know homes span all the way from San Francisco to Salt Spring Island. The client wanted everything replaced exactly as it was...even hand nailing it all back down.
