Shift:

Monday to Thursday, 4 days a week x 10 hour days

Day: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM;
Afternoons: 4:30PM - 3:00AM (afternoon shift receives a $1.00 per hr. shift premium)

- No public transportation is available.

**NOTE: The physical demands of this job require the employee to have good coordination and attention to detail. A person in this role should be physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks. Employees will be working near moving equipment in a production environment. The safety of our employees is of the utmost concern to us.

Key Job Functions: Vary depending on the position

-Laying up Doors (building by hand)

-Handling (Flipping) Doors

-Feeding component door pieces

-Able to move and cross-train into other areas on the production floor

-Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Lead Hand

Job Type / Category

Raises upon completion of probation (3 months) +$.50 and yearly wage reviews in July thereafter

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

-Previous experience in a production facility, home building supplies industry or a manufacturing environment is an asset.

-Must be committed to working safely and following safety policies

-Capable of performing repetitive, physical work

-Forklift ticket is an asset

-First aid ticket is an asset

-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

-Able to work diligently independently or within a team to meet production numbers

-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

-Flexible to work in any area of the facility

-Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with team, internal customers and external customers

Masonite Yarrow is HIRING! Specifically for the night shift!!

If you or someone you know is looking for reliable, full-time, permanent work, apply!

The shift is 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday-Thursday (4 days a week x 10 hours a day). The tentative overtime shift is every other Friday, 8 hours.

The starting rate is $17.00 an hour + $1.00 afternoon premium with a $0.50 bump after 3 months!
