About the Role
All Class Fabrication Ltd. (ACF) is looking for an experienced CNC Beam line Operator to join our growing team this November!
You’ll operate our 2014 Lincoln Electric Python X Beam line in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment — helping us deliver precision and quality in every project.

What You’ll Do
✅ Operate the Python X Beam line.
✅ Read and execute cutting programs.
✅ Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance
✅ Support processing before fabrication and welding (cutting, CNC plasma, drilling, punching)
✅ Operate additional shop equipment (band saws, drills, CNC plasma)
✅ Perform other material processing duties as needed.

All Class Fabrication & Coatings is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector – CWB Level 2 to help maintain our high standards of quality assurance and compliance.

This position plays a key role in supporting both shop and field operations through consistent, accurate quality inspections.

🔍 Qualifications:
• Level 2 NDT Certification (MT, PT, UT, or RT required; multiple tickets are an asset)
• 2+ years of experience in fabrication, welding, or coatings
• Knowledge of CWB, ASME, and API codes and standards

💰 What We Offer:
• Competitive hourly wage (based on experience & certifications)
• Comprehensive benefits package

Job Type: Full-time, in-person
Hours: 40–60 per week

• CWB FCAW / SMAW Welders (no rig welders)
• Fabricators
• Labourers
• General Mechanic

📍 Location: Grande Prairie, Alberta
🛠️ Type: Shop work only – no LOA, no subsistence, no welding rigs
🏠 Crew house accommodations may be provided (private, lockable rooms)
🍽️ Meals not included – candidates supply their own food
⏱️ Schedule:
• 10-hour days with ½-hour paid lunch
• Standard 6/1 rotation
• 21/7 or 24/7 rotations negotiable, depending on materials and drawings
