There's something so satisfying about watching a floor pour come together. It's a huge milestone for every project. Things at Pit-Lane Express are moving along beautifully!

There's nothing like the taste of freshly-batched concrete in the morning. 😂

Big day at EvansPro — floor slab poured at Pit-Lane Express. That doesn't happen by accident. Weeks of prep goes in before a single truck shows up — rebar spacing, embedments, elevations, everything verified so the crew can show up and go to work without any setbacks.

All jokes aside — we bring in third-party testing on every pour. Slump and strength checks at 7, 14, and 28 days. And we never forget the taste test. 😏

🚧 Pit-Lane Express Site Update! 🚧

Here's what's new:
✅ Exterior facade complete — EMS panels and color band installed
✅ Dennis' Dirtworx on site — subgrade cut to grade, gravel yard structure underway
✅ All windows installed by Davidson All Glass
✅ All plumbing and electrical roughed in and backfilled
✅ Main slab floor prep underway — concrete pour coming soon
✅ Q-Deck complete and office floor slab poured — absolutely perfect finish
✅ High-bay lights hung and powered up
✅ Electrical panels going in and wiring pulled to boxes
✅ Second floor 90% framed out — electrical, HVAC, and plumbing all roughed in
✅ Plenty of backing installed — no skimping here
✅ Stairwell getting framed, boarded, taped, and painted before JPR installs the decorative stairs
✅ Front entry door arriving soon to finish off the exterior

Big shoutout to the trades on this one — , , Wild Rose Concrete, , Davidson All Glass, Extreme Technical Services, - they are absolutely killing it. Things are moving fast as usual — stay tuned for more!
