Our team would first like to give a big thank you for making and supplying all of the windows to be a custom fit in this project your work is spectacular as always.

This is the same viceroy house that we have been working on and the stages we want to share with you.
This is the grand room and the windows that we replaced. New windows and trimmed out all custom work to make a job well done.

But of course we knew what had to be done.

Demo work up on the roof, taking the chimney down carefully without hurting the rest of the shingles.

We Re structured the framing , installed new plywood , and replaced the valley metal and straightened the valley line. Patched and toothed in the shingles above and beyond proper standards of a roof repair.

And now youd never ever know there was a chimney there , mission successful.

WOW!!! its been a while since we have updated our followers

We have been very busy with a renovation on a beautiful viceroy home for clients who are working with us to make it into a wonderful estate for there forever home.

This house was a demo project right down to the studs throughout the whole house.

But there was a two ton elephant in the room that stuck out like a sore thumb ,that the owners did not like

And that was A big outdated 70s style fireplace with field stone right in the middle of the grand room. it had to go

Here is some milling being done for some window casings on a house. 15 windows being redone

We worked with Rusco window and doors to come measure for new windows to install for this house. We wanted to keep the same look of the window casings so we removed the old ones and made all new casings to still have that rich historic look to it.
