Throwback Thursday to the very beginning

A question we get a lot is "Isn't the property in the ALR?" or "I saw that you were trying to remove the property from the ALR?"

The answer is twofold:

No, our development is not in the ALR, and it has never been in the ALR.

But yes, there is a small 1.3 acre parcel that was purchased with the property that is currently zoned Industrial yet in the ALR (see red part of map). This parcel is not a part of the Okanagan Eco Industrial Park.

As of January 27th, 2020 Coldstream has approved our subdivison plans granting us our Development Permit for the Okanagan Eco Industrial Park. This will subdivide the 92 acre industrial property into 17 parcels that are 1+ hectares.

It's been a big and expensive project, but plans for the former glass factory in Coldstream have been kicked up a notch.
