This four-storey custom residence features intricate architectural details, complex layouts, and carefully designed spaces that demand precision at every stage. Our challenge is to integrate a high-performance HVAC system that delivers exceptional comfort, efficiency, and functionality while remaining seamlessly concealed behind the walls, bulkheads, and architectural details.
To achieve this, we designed and installed three independent HVAC systems, each strategically configured to provide precise temperature control throughout the home.
▪️ SYSTEM 01 — SECOND FLOOR
A dedicated, zoned system allowing the front and rear sections of the second floor to be controlled independently for personalized comfort.
▪️ SYSTEM 02 — MAIN FLOOR & SUB-BASEMENT
A separate zoned system providing independent temperature control for the front and rear sections of both levels.
▪️ SYSTEM 03 — LOWER BASEMENT
A dedicated system designed exclusively for the lower basement, ensuring independent operation and comfort.
