Today, we're celebrating someone who's been part of the Aarcomm story from nearly the beginning.

Courtney joined Aarcomm 10 years ago, when we were still a small team of about 10 people and just starting to ramp up shipments. While she started in production, she’s done so much more over her time here: graphic design, part number control, vendor communications, and even shipping & supply chain coordination. In short, if it touched production, Courtney had a hand in it.

In our archives, we found one of her early design projects: an icon she created for the Trident system. It’s a great reminder of how much creativity and heart Courtney brings to everything she does. She’s always been the kind of person who just gets things done behind the scenes to keep everything moving smoothly.

She even had her own “corner office” at one point, though calling it an office might be generous. It was a small nook with three walls, no windows, and in very close proximity to the washroom. But in true Courtney fashion, she made it work.

Thank you, Courtney, for ten years of incredible work and always making us better!

Welcome Back, David! 🎉

We’re excited to share that David Joseph has rejoined Aarcomm, this time as a full-time Junior Project Manager!

Last year, David worked with us as a Junior Quality Control Engineer co-op student before returning to UBC to complete his Electrical Engineering degree. Now, we’re excited to welcome him back to the team! In his new role, David will support our Product Development team by helping plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure we meet our goals and deadlines.

Outside of work, David enjoys staying active through sports, spending time with friends and family, and immersing himself in music. His passion for engineering extends into his hobbies too, whether it’s tinkering with computers, 3D printing, or diving into home engineering projects.

Please join us in welcoming David back to Aarcomm. We’re thrilled to have him on board again!

Being tough doesn't mean carrying everything on your own. The trades and construction industries are made up of people who show up for each other. Lifting heavy loads, watching each other's backs on site. The harder part is showing up for the mental load, too.

Safety has always been at the heart of what we do. That means looking out for workers both physically and mentally.

A conversation with a coworker. A check-in with a friend. Asking for support when you need it.

Those things matter.

Our BBQ brought all the summer vibes — good food, games, and even better company.
