This is part of the big reno we were doing over the winter. Turned an office space / workspace into a full living space. Kitchen and materials were supplied by customer.

Here is the kitchen that we got to install.

Let's start with what had to go into this project.

We took the 10' existing ceiling with all the exposed duct work and lowered it to a 9' finished ceiling to create that illusion that this was always supposed to be like this. Hid all duct work, thought of lighting placement, proper venting, Sturdy suspended drywall ceiling and soundproofing from the living space above the kitchen space.

This kitchen features a beautiful space to cook with a cooktop, wall oven, elevated and dedicated microwave cabinet. Backsplash right to the ceiling along with the cabinets and Crown. Custom pantry shelving, quartz countertops and the best of all double dishwasher. Lots of storage and space for all those cooking enthusiast.

The person entertaining has a stunning view with the patio doors and all the large windows along the back and side of this space.

This is part of the big reno we were doing over the winter. Turned an office space / workspace into a full living space.

Here are the bathrooms we did. There was 2 bathrooms in this office space. We definitely spruced it up with the quality of work that went in.

ALL plumbing, electrical and HVAC were moved to accommodate this reno.

These custom showers with large format tiles as the shower base tile will help with less grout clean up. We extended the shower base to fit the space, cut in all tiles to the drain, proper waterproofing and backing for the shower doors. Turning this space into a full wet room allowed us to put the bathtub in the shower space. Any water that spills over will drain to the shower drain. Beautiful big windows to allow natural light into the room will make it so you don't have to use your lights as much.

It’s a big project on the go. Had to get all subtrades in to convert this office / shop into a living space. It’s going to be pretty snazzy when we’re done. Keep an eye for the finish product in the coming months.

We had the pleasure to construct and help with the design and planning of this basement bathroom / Laundry room.

We removed the drop ceiling, built the proper bulk head and allowed for the ceiling height to be used at it's full potential. Removed the "closet laundry" and opened up the space to allow for the country style vanity and laundry wall. The sink is a Blanco Deep sink for both uses. (Cleaning your teeth or soaking that hard to come off stain)

Nice corner shower with a textured tile and shower doors, free standing tub with deck mounted faucets and tiled floor. We properly waterproofed the shower and added ditra under the floor.

We took the outside wall, re-constructed and insulated to allow for a straight wall to the ceiling. No more dust collection on that little ledge that was there before.

As usual it was a complete gut to structure and re-assembled with the desired material.

We were able to get our go to plumbers in from Cotnam Plumbing Inc. to make sure everything was possible. They had to cut the concrete out and run water under ground, re route venting and drainage to allow for this proper bathroom.

Thank you to the clients for there patience as there was delays on this project. We try our best to make sure everything goes smooth but sometimes the time and delays of products are un avoidable.

Fully Custom kitchen!

A fun take on a modern Italian kitchen. Where do i start,
Let's start with the fact that this kitchen has no upper cabinets. Odd you say, well what we have done is incorporated everything you need on the lower level so you don't have to stretch or grab your 6' husband or wife to come get those high things. Also thinking of the future when your a little older and don't have the strength to grab those things above the head. Large oversized drawers for all your pots and pans, beside those are oversized drawers for all your plates and drink ware. The island has double sided cabinets, 2' depth in the front for all of your utensils, garbage and recycling, dishwasher and beautiful oversized farm sink with the custom grate at the bottom and custom butcher block to help you prep and clean food. At the back of the island you have more cabinets the depth of your upper cabinets to add those special seasonal things. This island is a dream for those that like to be in the kitchen and do a lot of prep work for those big meals.

The back wall includes built in oven / microwave oven, beautiful arched opening with a cooking gas stove top, pot filler, beautiful patterned tile work, shelves for your spices for easy access, remote control exhaust fan with LED lights and hidden plugs so you don't ruin that clean look. Fridge with two Ice makers (1 including balls of ice for your drinks on the rocks)

Coffee bar for those early mornings and a bar fridge for the kids.

All the drawers are soft closed, birch wood with dovetail construction. Matching cabinetry for the living room with Maple crown moldings.

Off the kitchen includes a pantry the size of a small room. The pantry is full of shelving for now. Designed for a butlers kitchen where you can prep and store all that mess for big events.

Another Fun bathroom we did in the same house,

Fun floor pattern to spruce up this little bathroom. Floating Vanity with quartz counter top and oversize drawers. LED Light with anti fog and a Tile bathtub with an 28" niche.

New modern bathroom that we did! Curbless and transitioned from 3/4" hardwood. No doors on the shower itself, Full glass from the floor to the ceiling. 2' x 4' Tiles with Custom niche to fit those oversize shampoo bottles. Floor tiles that transition into the shower pan flawlessly with a tiled grate to finish this look. 5' Floating vanity with lots of storage. Quartz countertops, LED Mirror with Anti Fog. Pocket door to save space.

We separated the shower valves to the entrance of the shower so you don't freeze when turning the water on, Turn it on and wait till it gets hot and walk right in. Best of both worlds with the extended shower head to act like a rain shower and the wand for the clean up and hard to reach places.

Backyard Transformation! Took the old floating deck and replaced it with a new fully composite deck (Canadian made product). Assembled and secured new gazebo as well.

New garden beds, hardscape and all new sod at the back to tie it in.
Landscaping was done by Natural Design Landscape.

I'm calling this bathroom my "SURPRISE!!!!" bathroom.

Started out looking like a normal old bathroom that needed some updating and love. WELL!!! Come to find out there was some surprises for us. Let's start with the 1 1/2" of Concrete walls that were around the bathroom to up hold up small tile (Never seen that before). Then take off 2 layers of old drywall, 2 layers of bathtub inserts to find a cast iron tub. YUP! SURPRISED! lol

We always do a complete gut no matter how hard the demo is. Right back to structure and re-build. Furred out the walls and squared up the bathroom to fit the tub in there nicely, roxul safe and sounded the whole bathroom, new plumbing and electrical done. LED Medicine cabinet, Infloor heating with wifi thermostat, new window with privacy etc etc...

Was there some delays, of course. Was there some extra's, of course. How did the clients deal with the situation, AMAZING! They just wanted to protect there huge investment by having things done right. Now they can rest assure that things will last them a long time.

Clients supplied the material needed for the finishing.

The Final piece of the puzzle for the work inside of this house.

THE KITCHEN!

With the way the house was built we maximized and modernized this kitchen.

Truthfully i mean the best thing we did with this kitchen is added symmetry to it! The first thing i seen when walking into the old kitchen was nothing was centered to anything. I mean who doesn't center the sink to that beautiful big window and who sticks a stove against the wall.

OK! OK!

For starters i mean look at that farm sink with those sexy blue cabinets! Quartz countertops, 36" uppers, Large drawers for your pots and pans, dishwasher re-located to a better spot, stove can be utilized with pots on both sides of the stove now (Won't be hitting the wall with the handles anymore), Hidden light valances, Crown to the ceiling, pullout drawers for cooking utensils and spices, backsplash everywhere and some much needed plugs and lighting.

I mean the ultimate coffee bar / wine fridge area with uppers for more storage. Pantry is just beside the kitchen and off the entrance of the garage door.
