The sink had three basins and was six feet long. How do you plan a kitchen around that?
She runs a small commercial kitchen. The space was roughly 12 by 12. Three doors, a single 5' window, and barely enough wall space to work with — layout options were nearly gone before a single cabinet was chosen. She had a general sense of what she wanted.
